Dallas’ mother Tammy Barrett released a statement to News 4 on the homicide. Right now, police say no one has been arrested. This 10-page report from the medical examiner’s office shows the cause, manner, and circumstances of Barrett’s death. Police told News 4 security pulled Barrett to the ground and held him on the floor. They said that’s when he started fighting with security. Police said staff told them Barrett became unruly and was told to leave. When they got there, police said Barrett was unresponsive, and they began CPR. Police said they responded to reports of a fight on the top floor of Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row. Since that night in August, they’ve been investigating.
